Byron (Brendan Mackey) and Kenny (Glen Mulhern) are two cute, “straight” Irish lads who’ve come to London to make it big. In the meantime, however, they spend their time servicing rich, older gay guys to finance their boozing. It’s not like they’re gay or anything. It’s just for the money. What’s a little blow job between men? Right? Anyway, when their best client, the Queen is found murdered, the lads go on quest to replace their income. |
It is then that they discover the myth of 'The Bread in the Bed' - a huge bed full of money from an Orthodox Jew who also happens to be a big size queen. On their quest they meet a sexually frustrated 3 1/2 foot dwarf with a great ass, a taxi can driver called “Dick Cheese Deepak” because of his foreskin problem, and a ruthless bull dyke called the “Iron Lady” who has in her charge three gorgeous and well-endowed West African brothers! |

I viewed 9 Dead Gay Guys at the Philadelphia G&LFF in July 2003. It was amusing but unfocused and a bit overhanded. |
The sight gags were outrageous (the man with the face of the map of Ireland), nut the plot started no where and ended in the same place .. and no real character development. Amusing, but hardly timeless.

Byron: Kenny, we don't have sex with men for pleasure. We do it for the money. Kenny: Getting paid for BJ's isn't gay; it's legitimate, lucrative work!
