In the vein of "Wild Things" meets "Bound," the "M.O. of M.I." is a plot-twisting suspense thriller about three men entangled in the ultimate con game.

Michael and Tom are a seemingly happy couple with an idyllic life. Enter Jonathon, a sexy performance artist, a.k.a. 'hustler' and let the games begin.

The sexual triangles form and then blur as the innocuous flirtations take on darker shades to soon reveal an intricate plot of double-crossing, theft and murder.

The story begins when the couple meet Jonathon after seeing his show. Tom immediately dislikes Jonathon and is vehemently against him coming to their house. Curiously, Michael ignores Tom's arguments and invites him anyway.

Jonathon flirts openly with Michael which further enrages Tom. We soon learn Jonathon and Michael have a history and that they used to be lovers. Jonathon knows Michael's spotty past of embezzling and uses his knowledge to blackmail his way into their home, still under the guise of just needing a place to stay. Two weeks later he's still there and has effectively disrupted their happy household. Tom and Michael are fighting on a regular basis and after another heated argument, Michael storms out and leaves Jonathon and Tom alone.

The plot twists again and we learn that not only are Jonathon and Tom having sex behind Michael's back but that Jonathon's arrival to their home was not happenstance but part of a master minded plan by Tom and Jonathon. We soon learn of their con game the two have played in the past - preying on rich men, bleeding them dry of their savings and then leaving with the cash and without a trace. Michael is their current con. Unfortunately, Tom has actually fallen in love with Michael which further complicates things. He decides he no longer wants to play the game and threatens to jump ship, but is quickly reminded by Jonathon that he will be turned into the police if he takes off without him.

The lies continue and the blackmailing spirals out of control. Tom doesn't know of Michael and Jonathon's past together or of Michael's embezzling history. Michael doesn't know he's about to be taken for the ride of his life and Jonathon has no idea what Michael is really capable of when push comes to shove.

As the dangerous game of double-crossing, blackmail and murder unfolds, each player has much to gain and equally as much to lose. Who do you trust? What happens when your past becomes your present? The question becomes who's conning who? Is the hero always the good guy?
